We closed voting on May 31 at 2 p.m. (Central time). The Least Trusted by Animal Lovers Awards winners will be awarded a series of public actions urging them to show their progress (or lack thereof) on animal welfare.

The Least Trusted by Animal Lovers Awards are based on voters’ opinions about the companies included in this campaign.

Elior, Inspire Brands, Louvre Hotels, and McCormick did not promise to report progress. But they have reported progress partially, and we hope they share the percentage of global progress they have made.

Best Western promised to report progress annually from the time it made a cage-free commitment in 2019, but the company has not reported any progress.

Yum! Brands and Meliá promised to report progress on their cage-free commitments but have done so only for part of their operations. We hope that the companies share their percentage of global progress.

Costa Coffee has published its intention to report on its global cage-free progress by the end of 2023. Thank you, Costa Coffee!
